2.6: Body Mapping - Map the Sensations Experienced


Based on your observations from the scan, use this template to mark where you experienced sensations in your own body.
If the template doesn’t feel right for you, feel free to create your own version. You can use stick figures, shapes or any way that best represents your body.
Use different colours to symbolise different kinds of sensations. If you aren’t able to name them just yet, don’t worry, we are only working on trying to understand what the sensation felt like and where.
