WORKSHOPS

Our workshops and listening circles are spaces to pause, feel and reflect together in the midst of the climate crisis. They are rooted in the understanding that emotional responses such as fear, grief, anger, numbness or confusion are natural and valid responses to what is unfolding around us.

Through arts-based and reflective practices, we create environments where participants are invited to listen to themselves and others. These sessions often include guided reflection, creative expression, grounding practices and collective dialogue.

Rather than focusing on solutions or action plans, these spaces centre emotional awareness and connection. Many participants leave with a greater clarity about their inner experiences, a sense of not being alone and strengthened resources of resilience, compassion and hope.

We facilitate these workshops with diverse groups — from individuals and collectives to organisations and institutions, and adapt each session to the needs and context of those present.

We collaborate with facilitators working across different intersections within the climate field, exploring approaches that are strengthened by interdisciplinary perspectives.

In January, we partnered with sustainability consultant Samanvitha Danda, who has been working across sectors for over a decade, to deliver a workshop exploring climate emotions, stories of change and collective resilience.

The session created space for participants to reflect on their emotional responses to the climate crisis and to consider how connection and shared action can support both personal and collective wellbeing.
