Climate related stress encompasses a broad spectrum of responses to the climate crisis.

This 4-week module on Stress Management is a starting point to begin understanding the nuanced responses one may have towards the crisis.

This module explores arts-based tools—including movement, music, writing, mindfulness and visual art—as accessible, creative ways to process emotions, regulate stress and reconnect with hope.

By engaging in expressive practices, participants will learn to navigate climate distress with greater self-awareness, balance and choice.

*Please note that future modules addressing eco-anxiety, eco-grief, solastalgia, anger, denial, radical hope and more are in the making. As stated above, this Stress Management module does not encompass the full range of responses and only acts as a starting point to begin your exploration of your well-being within the context of the polycrisis.
