this module has four sections

Section 1: Introduction
This section introduces the impact of climate-related distress on our minds and bodies, setting the stage for exploring practical, arts-based techniques to manage this stress effectively. It also introduces how and why arts-based tools can be helpful.
Section 2: Building awareness
In this section, we’ll focus on identifying the signs of stress, understanding its triggers and recognizing how it shows up physically and emotionally, laying the groundwork for deeper reflection.
Section 3: Reflective practice
In this section, we’ll build on the awareness created in the previous section. We’ll take a deeper look at the emotions that arise from climate-related stress and explore ways to cope creatively while experiencing these feelings
Section 4: Implementation
In this section, we’ll explore how to use the awareness of climate-related stress to make changes within and around us. Experiencing distress in climate-related work might be inevitable but managing it effectively helps us sustain ongoing efforts. We’ll explore how to integrate these tools into daily life, using practical strategies to respond to stress as it arises
