2.1: Self-Care Practices
Before beginning, we invite you to engage in a few minutes of self-care practice.
As you engage with prompts in the following tasks, we encourage you to be mindful of yourself - if things begin to feel overwhelming, take some time to practice some form of self-care. It is important to have some resources handy, to help tether yourself as you go through this module. You can always reach out to us, if you feel like you’re unable to do something by yourself.
