With the ongoing climate/poly crisis, a sense of grief does set in, where we experience sorrow or a sense of loss in response to the changes happening. This 4-week module looks at understanding and naming this grief along with navigating through it in the face of this crisis.
This module explores arts-based tools—including movement, music, writing, mindfulness and visual art—as accessible, creative ways to process emotions, regulate stress and reconnect with hope.
By engaging in expressive practices, participants will learn to navigate climate distress with greater self-awareness, balance and choice.
- Self-paced module with a combination of self work and optional live, group sessions.
- Access to (optional) supervised exploration
- Your data will not be logged into the platform – all information on progress and tracking is done through live interactions.

Our recommended pace is engaging with 1-2 prompts for at least 30 minutes a day (We believe that using the ‘less is more’ principle may be beneficial here - engaging with 1 or 2 prompts and allowing that exploration to take at least 20-30 minutes can help you fully experience its potential benefits).
-
We also recommend having a few materials handy - a notebook, writing material and colours (Some activities may need additional material and will be mentioned).
