This module explores arts-based tools—including movement, music, writing, mindfulness and visual art—as accessible, creative ways to process emotions, regulate stress and reconnect with hope interactive. flashcards.
By engaging in expressive practices, participants will learn to navigate climate distress with greater self-awareness, balance and choice.
